Return request
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. You can register this return using the form below.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 6.95 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@SwooshSnowboarding.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when you return it. It is not possible to return products:

- that are sealed. If the seal is broken, you cannot return these products;
- that have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer’s specifications (customisation);
- that are clearly personal in nature;
- which cannot be returned due to their nature;
- that have been used in or on the water;
- that have been unpacked and assembled

Return from outside of Europe
It is not possible to return products from outside of Europe. Only when the customer pays the returncosts which could run up to $150,-

Do you want to exchange your product? That’s no problem at all. You can contact info@SwooshSnowboarding.com for this . You do bear the costs for returning the product yourself.
I have provided the wrong delivery address!
Accidentally entered the wrong delivery address? Then contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
Guarantee
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to a warranty claim. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months after the defect has been confirmed. Complaints
It can always happen that something doesn’t go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing info@SwooshSnowboarding.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/. From 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
