All of our products are delivered to your home by Post NL, UPS, and DHL. Delivery times may vary depending on the stock of the product you ordered. If a product is in stock, we usually ship in within 2 days. You can expect to receive your order in Europe within 5-7 business days in most cases, outside of Europe it usually takes 10-21 business days. 

Insured

All of our packages are insured, if a package is lost, it will be fully compensated by the shipping company.

Taxes/Import duties

If you order outside of Europe, please note that you may be subject to taxes and/or import duties. These vary by country, and SwooshSnowboarding assumes that the customer is aware of these costs.

Advance Payment
If you choose advance payment, we will send you our bank details by email and they are also listed below. When making your payment, please include your order number, zip code, and house number.
All prices mentioned are inclusive of VAT and per order. Your order will be shipped as soon as your payment has been received by us. If you use internet banking through ING-Bank, this is almost immediate, if you use internet banking through other banks, this may take about 1 to 2 working days. If you use an transfer form, please note that processing may take 2-5 working days.

Exchange:
It is possible to exchange non-fitting products as long as they are unused and returned in their original packaging. You are responsible for the shipping costs to us, we will pay for the shipping of the new product.
